I love living a healthy lifestyle! I eat primarily a whole food, plant-based diet, and splurge on $3 Thursday frozen yogurt every once in a while. I work and go to school full time, so the recipes I make are easy and cheap, yet nutrient dense and backed by research. Along with cooking and baking, researching health and nutrition is one of my favorite things to do. I also love to work out, read, and of course spend time with my husband, Josiah, and our puppy, Harvey. With this blog I hope to give you the tools you need to fuel your body with the best food so you can feel energized to live an abundant life!
