Perfect topping for any bowl! Sweet and creamy. Works great with cooked veggies, legumes, and grains. Also a good source of healthy fat, protein, and fiber!

Tahini is ground sesame seeds. It contains a good amount of health fat, fiber, and protein. It also contains magnesium, iron, and calcium.

This time the dressing tops pearl couscous, chickpeas, and cooked broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, and zucchini.

Sweet tahini topped roasted sweet potatoes, broccoli, red onion, steamed spinach, and quinoa.

Quinoa, lentils, chickpeas, brussels sprouts, and sautéed kale topped with sweet tahini.
