3 Ingredient Healthy Cookies

Oats, bananas, and peanut butter. Lots of optional add ins! Ready in under 20 minutes.

These cookies are healthy enough to eat for breakfast! Does is get better than that?
Ingredients
2 cups oats
2 ripe mashed bananas
1/4 cup peanut butter
Optional Ingredients:
1 tbsp maple syrup or agave
½ tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp cinnamon
¼ cup walnuts
¼ cup chocolate chips and/or peanut butter chips
Directions
Preheat oven to 350° F
Mash bananas with a fork in a bowl
Add peanut butter
Add oats
Add everything else and mix
Put spoonfuls on a baking sheet (form into cookie shape)
Bake for 12-15 min
