Sunshine Smoothie

This smoothie is perfect for summer! It is refreshing, yet comforting. It is extremely easy to create. Although there are measurements below, you don’t even have to measure, because you can’t go wrong with these ingredients. They are simply heavenly together.

This smoothie is in honor of our upcoming move to Virginia Beach! We are so excited to live in a state where we can be outside year round. I can't wait to have a long summer and to make this smoothie to cool me off on those hot days.


Ingredients

  • 1 frozen banana

  • ½ cup frozen mango

  • ½ cup frozen peaches

  • ¼ cup frozen coconut pieces or flakes

  • 1 cup milk (any kind, but coconut could be amazing)

  • A few (or several) dashes of turmeric and cinnamon - trust me. They add a nice warmth and depth to the smoothie!

Optional

  • Add in a scoop of vanilla protein powder

  • Add in a handful of spinach - it will make the smoothie a nice green color!

  • Top with coconut strips

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender

  2. Blend until smooth

  3. Enjoy!
